Preorder, pickup, refund & cancellation policies

• All orders must be prepaid. A form submission or a payment attempt alone is not a confirmation.
• A minimum of 20 prepaid plates is required for each service date.
• Orders are accepted until the published deadline for that date, or until capacity is reached.
• A service date may be rescheduled or canceled if the 20-plate minimum is not reached.
• If a date is canceled, customers are notified and offered a transfer to another service date or a refund.
• Customers must present their order number or confirmation at pickup.
• Food is prepared in accordance with applicable permitting and food-safety requirements.
• Menu items may contain common allergens and are prepared in a shared kitchen.
• No substitutions are guaranteed unless specifically offered through the ordering form.
